In addition to the fees set out in the Tariff of fees and transportation expenses of bailiffs (R.S.Q. c. H-4.1), I agree to pay QCO the fees set out in the Tariff of Professional Fees for Bailiffs adopted by the Board of Directors of the Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec under the authority of paragraph 12 of section 86.0.1 of the Professional Code (R.S.Q. c. C-26).
Every invoice is payable within thirty (30) (thirty) days of its issuance. After this period, any outstanding balance bears interest at a rate of 1.5% per month from the date of the invoice.
I understand that I am personally responsible for payment of all fees and expenses invoiced by QCO.
